Been away for a short time but i'm back!!!!

What a hectic few weeks ive just had since the York fair, since then ive been making dresses for orders and 1 is a repeat order so im so happy, that means my items are good :)
I had another fair at Ripley, Yorkshire so needed to make lots of baby bandana bibs because the York fair they nearly all sold out, then I had a fair bank holiday monday at Bolton Abbey village hall that one was a bit quiet I think it was because of the weather it rained all day.

This is me at the Ripley fair, a few friends also came to have a look at all the lovely stalls here. Dave and little Billy also came I think its going to be quite a regular thing them helping me, well I do need my little model for the baby bandana bibs :)

This is at the latest fair at Bolton Abbey village hall, it wasn't a busy day but we all had fun neither the less. I did get to meet a lovely lass called Georgia who wants a personalised bib & babygrow for her friend who has her baby in december, so I will get cracking on that more nearer the time.

York Guildhall gift & fashion fair

Our saturday started very early  today
It was the York Guildhall gift & fashion fair which I had a stall so getting there and setting up was quite exciting as I haven't done a York fair and interested to see how popular it is.
My family (Dave & Billy) came too Dave thought him and Billy could make a day of it in York and said they would keep coming and going for a walk round :)
Well I was the first to set up my stall, while everyone else was setting up I was sat reading magazines of weddings (just to get ideas for ours in 3 years)

Didn't have many customers but the ones I did have bought my baby bandana dribble bibs

None of my washing-up liquid aprons didn't sell at all which sold out at my last fair, it just shows you that what sells this time might not sell next, pot luck

Next fair I think is in August so wonder what might sell at that one

Until then I've got to make my own bunting for the garden ready for Billys 1st birthday party, he is having an outdoor one so having BBQ aswell

I just hope the weather is nice or it will be cancelleddue to the small size of our house

A couple of dresses

Hi again
This blog is to show you my latest addition to what i make

Its a cute baby girl dress with front pocket, it took me about half an hour to make, well that was once my other half took our little gem out for a few hours so i could crack on.

This is the second dress i made, once i get time i get on a roll hehehe
Both are size large 22-25lbs (by the pattern) had to look at Billys red record book to see what that would be in months and i think its about 18-24 months.

Managed to make this cute bandana dribble bib too before the two tearaways came back :)

Well thats it for today have to get the little monkey to bed
